  The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 19 April 2004 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the following applications. The intervention deadline is 25 March 2004.

  Application by 788813 ONTARIO INC. relating to the licence of radio programming undertaking CFLZ-FM Niagara Falls.
  The licensee proposes to change the authorized contours by increasing the average effective radiated power from 406 to 7,200 watts and by increasing the effective antenna height (maximum effective radiated power 30,000 watts/effective antenna height 169.2 metres).
  The licensee wishes to increase the quality of the CFLZ-FM signal to better serve listeners located in St. Catharines/Niagara area.
  The authorized contour of the station would be increased significantly resulting from theproposed increase in power and an increase in transmitter height.
  The Commission will only proceed with this application at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, at least twenty days prior to the hearing, that it is technically acceptable.

  Your intervention should clearly identify the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if you propose changes to it, include the facts and grounds for your proposal.
