Extension for Centrex II service promotional campaign

1.

The Commission received an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), dated 11 June 2004, to revise item 11, Promotional Campaign, under section N240 of its General Tariff in order to revise the date of the first Centrex II service promotional campaign previously approved by the Commission in Telecom Order CRTC 2004-38, 5 February 2004, from 18 June 2004 to 19 July 2004.

NorthernTel submitted that due to unforeseen circumstances, the original start date of the campaign was delayed.

The Commission notes that this promotion is outside the restrictions regarding promotions set out in Review of promotions, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2003-1-1, 13 March 2003. The combined benefit and enrolment period does not exceed 12 months.

4.

The Commission will consider all comments received when making its final determination on the application.

5.

The Commission approves on an interim basis NorthernTel'sapplication. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

6.

NorthernTel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
