Telecom Order CRTC 2004-28

  Ottawa, 20 January 2004

Bell Canada

  Reference: Tariff Notice 6785

Centrex Microlink Access

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada dated 12 December 2003, to revise General Tariff item 675, Centrex III Service, in order to increase, between 6% to 10%, the monthly rates for Centrex Microlink accesses.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the rate increases for this service would position it in line with other services such as asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) which provides similar functionality using more recent technology developments.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 March 2004.
