The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 22 July 2004, to add Special Facilities Tariff item D31(d), Satellite Access, in order to provide the customer with a 64 Kbps channel for satellite access between Puvirnituq and Montréal, Quebec. |

Bell Canada submitted that the customer concurs with the proposed monthly rate and service charge. Bell Canada noted that this arrangement was not available from the General Tariff and was filed as a special facilities tariff due to limited anticipated demand. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
