The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 31 August 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item B102, United States (US) Telephone - Relay Service, in order to provide for DMS translations to remove the Virtual Facility Group on Megalink outgoing calls. |

Bell Canada submitted that the customer concurs with the proposed monthly rate and service charge. Bell Canada noted that this arrangement was not available from the General Tariff and was filed as a special facilities tariff due to limited anticipated demand. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |
