Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 22 October 2004, for approval of an amendment to the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between TCI (formerly BC Tel) and Call-Net Communications Inc. (Call-Net).

2.

The amendment describes an arrangement related to call routing over interconnection facilities in the exchanges of Vancouver and Richmond, British Columbia.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission notes that TCI filed the amendment in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of this document for the public record.

5.

The Commission approves TCI's application.
