NorthernTel Limited Partnership

Late payment charges

1.

The Commission received an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), dated 24 November 2003, to revise item 2.01, Late Payment Charge, under section N85 of its General Tariff in order to extend the number of days before a late payment charge is applied to an unpaid account from 20 days to 30 days after the issuance of the bill, thereby giving the customers 10 additional days.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves NorthernTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

NorthernTel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
