Revocation of licence - Exempted cable broadcasting distribution undertaking that serves between 2,000 and 6,000 subscribers

1.

Rush Communications Limited has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with Exemption order respecting cable broadcasting distribution undertakings that serve between 2,000 and 6,000 subscribers; and Amendment to the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-39, 14 June 2004 (Public Notice 2004-39).

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Rush Communications Limited for the undertaking serving Milford Station.

The Commission reminds the operator of this undertaking that it must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in the exemption order attached to Public Notice 2004-39.
