CJSE-FM Shediac and its transmitter CJSE-FM-2 Baie-Sainte-Anne - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Radio Beauséjour inc. to change the authorized contours of its transmitter CJSE-FM-2 Baie-Sainte-Anne authorized in CJSE-FM Shediac - New transmitter in Baie-Sainte-Anne, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-286, 23 July 2004, by increasing the antenna height and by relocating the transmitter.
2. The licensee advised that the original transmitter site became unavailable and an alternate location was selected.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
