Change of service area

1.

The Commission approves the application by Rogers Cable Communications Inc. (Rogers) to change the authorized service area of the cable broadcasting distribution undertaking (BDU) serving Orangeville, in order to include Erin and surrounding areas, and Grand Valley and surrounding areas.

2.

Currently, Rogers has separate broadcasting licences to operate the cable BDUs serving Orangeville, Erin and Grand Valley.

3.

In view of the above, Rogers must surrender its cable BDU licences for Erin and Grand Valley for revocation by the Commission within two months of the date of this decision.
