Revocation of licence

1. In CFVM Amqui - conversion to FM band, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-419, 10 December 2002, the Commission approved an application by 591991 B.C. Ltd. for a broadcasting licence to operate an FM radio programming undertaking at Amqui to replace its AM station CFVM. The new FM station is now in operation.
2. 591991 B.C. Ltd. has now requested the revocation of its licence for the radio programming undertaking CFVM Amqui.
3. Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to 591991 B.C. Ltd. for CFVM Amqui.
