This is further to 6166954 Canada Inc.'s (the Applicant) written confirmation to the Commission dated 5 July 2005 indicating that it has withdrawn its complaint in the above-noted matter.

This letter shall serve to advise the Applicant, Shaw Communications Inc. and Star Choice (collectively, the Respondents) that the oral hearing scheduled for July 8, 2005 is now cancelled and that the Commission has closed the file on this matter.
