Re: Forbearance from regulation of local exchange services , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-2 - Undertakings of Shaw Cablesystems G.P. (Shaw) filed October 7, 2005

In its letter dated October 7, 2005 Shaw indicated that it was filing its response to the undertaking as requested in paragraphs 6137 through 6146 of the transcript of the public consultation conducted under the reference proceeding.   Shaw also indicated that it was filing further information contained in Attachment # 2 on a confidential basis.

Upon review of the information in Attachment # 2, Commission staff consider this information to be new evidence and not within the scope of the undertaking.   Accordingly, this information shall not be considered as part of the record of this proceeding.
