  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-8, 2005-8-1, 2005-8-2, 2005-8-3, 2005-8-4 dated 15, 23, 29 September 2005, 7 and 27 October 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 14 November 2005 at 12:00 p.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE WITHDRAWN FROM THE PUBLIC HEARING AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE.

  Application by Communications Médialex inc. for a licence to operate a French-language AM commercial radio programming undertaking in Lévis.

  Application by 3553230 Canada Inc., a corporation controlled by Communications Médialex inc., to renew the licence of the French-language commercialradio programming undertaking CJMS Saint-Constant, expiring 30 April 2006.
  THEREFORE, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEMS 9, 10, 15 TO 22 AND 24 TO 33 WILL BE HEARD AS SCHEDULED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING COMMENCING ON THE 14 NOVEMBER 2005.
