Administrative renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language radio programming undertaking CKCL-FM Chilliwack and its transmitters CKCL-FM-1 Abbotsford and CKCL-FM-2 Vancouver, British Columbia, from 1 August 2006 to 31 December 2006, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at the appropriate time.
