Erratum

1.

In the Appendix to VRAK.TV - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-382, 18 August 2006 (Decision 2006-382), the Commission inadvertently set out the following condition of licence:
 

2. In each broadcast year, the licensee shall devote to the exhibition of Canadian programs not less than 50% of the broadcast day and not less than 60% of the evening broadcast period.

2.

The Commission hereby replaces condition of licence 2 set out in the Appendix to Decision 2006-382 with the following condition of licence:
 

2. In each broadcast year, the licensee shall devote to the exhibition of Canadian programs not less than 60% of the broadcast day and not less than 50% of the evening broadcast period.
