Erratum

1.

The Commission hereby corrects an error made in CINC-FM Thompson - New transmitter at Kenora, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-601, 24 October 2006.

2.

Under the Commission's local programming policy for radio, a licensee of a commercial FM station in a market served by more than one private commercial radio station must devote at least one-third of the station's weekly programming to local programming in order to be permitted to solicit local advertising. However, that provision does not apply to Native broadcasters. Accordingly, the Commission hereby deletes paragraph 10, which erroneously stated that Native Communication Inc. would not be allowed to sell local advertising in the Kenora market.
