Erratum

1.

The Commission hereby corrects Cable distribution undertakings in Montréal and Terrebonne - Licence renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-613, 31 October 2006. Condition of licence 4 in the Appendix of the decision should have read:

4. The licensee is relieved of the requirement under section 17(1) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations with respect to CFTU-TV (IND) (Canal Savoir) and CJNT-TV (IND) Montréal provided that they are distributed as part of the basic service. Furthermore, for the undertaking Videotron Ltd. serving Montréal, Quebec only, the licensee is relieved of the requirement under section 17(1)(c) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations to distribute CJOH-TV-8 (CTV) Cornwall.

2.

The Commission notes that relief from the requirement, under section 17(1)(c) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, to distribute CJOH-TV-8 was previously granted to Videotron Ltd. for its cable broadcasting distribution undertaking serving Montréal, Quebec, in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-231, 12 August 2002.
