Revocation of licence - Exempted small cable broadcasting distribution undertaking

1.

Corporation des loisirs de Baie-des-Rochers has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with Amendments to the Exemption order for small cable undertakings, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2002-74, 19 November 2002 (Public Notice 2002-74).

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Corporation des loisirs de Baie-des-Rochers for the undertaking serving Baie-des-Rochers, Quebec.

3.

The Commission reminds the operator of this undertaking that it must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in the exemption order attached to Public Notice 2002-74.
