On 2 December 2005 the CISC SC approved the following reports:
  - CSCN TIF Report 52 re: TIF 65 Authorized Representatives of numbering Resource Applicants, 19 October 2005 (CNRE052A). The Operational Support Systems Work Group (OSWG) reported that development of competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) access to the incumbent local exchange carrier's Operational Support Systems (OSS) was proceeding as planned. Bell Canada will provide CLECs access to their OSS by 16 March 2006. TELUS Communications Inc.
