Re: Persona Communications Corp Tariff Notices 2 and 2A

The Commission received the above-noted application by Persona Communications Corp. (formerly, Regional Cablesystems inc.), dated 12 December 2005 and amended on 20 January 2006. The company proposed, among other things, to introduce Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) Service under the same terms, conditions and rates as approved for Rogers Communications Inc.'s TPIA service.

The Commission has received comments with regard to this application, and will be unable to dispose of the application within 10 business days of receipt of Tariff Notice 2A. The Commission expects to render its decision on the company's application within 45 business days of Tariff Notice 2A being filed.
