Proceeding to establish a national do not call list framework and to review the telemarketing rules: Request to extend deadline for filing comments

1. In a letter dated 2 March 2006, the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) requested that the Commission grant an extension of time for filing comments in the above-named proceeding.
   
2. Interested parties who intend to file comments in response to PIAC's request, must do so by Tuesday, March 7, 2006. Any such comments must be received, and not merely sent, by the date indicated.
   
3. Comments to the Commission are to be sent by either e-mail at:  procedure@crtc.gc.ca or by fax at (819) 994-0218.
