ATTACHMENT
- Provide on a confidential basis an estimate of the number of Bell Canada customers located in the Vidéotron's operating territory at whose premises there is not currently a network interface device.
- Provide the costs of the network interface device that could be installed at a customer's premises at the time that Vidéotron would be installing its cable telephony service at the customer location and the customer has terminated all services with Bell Canada and switched to Vidéotron.
- Provide on a confidential basis the detailed costs per installation to Bell Canada of installing a network interface device at a customer's premises where such a device is not present.
- If the Commission were to rule that a network interface device should be installed between Bell Canada's network and the inside wire, provide Bell Canada's view with supporting rationale on the appropriateness of Bell Canada and Vidéotron sharing the costs for the installation of the network interface device and the cost of the device.
