Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-1 dated 13 January 2006 and 2006-1-1 dated 23 February 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 15 May 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:

In its submission of 15 March 2006, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB) included a report prepared by PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as Appendix K to its submission. Appendix 1, a detailed listing of specific loans and awards by artist, which is referred to on page 5 of the PWC report, was inadvertently omitted from the CAB filing. Appendix 1 is now available as part of Appendix K of the CAB submission.
