  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-9 dated 31 August 2006 and CRTC 2006-9-1 dated 11 September 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 30 October 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the Delta Regina, 1919 Saskatchewan Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE AMENDED AND THE CHANGES ARE IN BOLD:
  ITEM 22
  Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Application No. 2006-0836-7
  Application by Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. (AVR) for a licence to operate an English and Aboriginal-language native Type B FM radio programming undertaking in Saskatoon.
  This application is technically mutually exclusive with an application by Rawlco Radio Ltd., 587681 Saskatchewan Ltd. and Dekkerco Holdings Limited, partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Northwestern Radio Partnership (Application 2006-0668-4) which will also be heard at this hearing (Item 27).

  Application by Rawlco Radio Ltd., 587681 Saskatchewan Ltd., and Dekkerco Holdings Limited, partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Northwestern Radio Partnership, to convert radio station CJNB North Battleford from the AM band to the FM band.
  This application is technically mutually exclusive with an application by Aboriginal Voices Radio (Application 2006-0836-7) which will also be heard at this hearing (Item 22).
