Hustler Channel and Red Light District TV (formerly X Channel) - Licence amendment

1.

The Commission approves applications by Ten Broadcasting Inc. to amend the licences for the national Category 2 specialty programming undertakings known as Hustler Channel and Red Light District TV (formerly X Channel) in order to add category 7(a) (Ongoing dramatic series) to the list of programming categories from which the licensee may draw its programming.

2.

The licensee has advised the Commission that the programming drawn from category 7(a) will be adult programming and therefore will not compete directly with ongoing series from other services.
