Corporate reorganization (Assets) - Correction to an expiry date

1.

The Commission hereby replaces paragraph 6 of Corporate reorganization (Assets), Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-432, 21 December 2007 with the following:
 

6. Upon surrender of the current licences, the Commission will issue new licences to Bell ExpressVu Inc. (the general partner), and BCE Inc. and Bell Canada (partners in BCE Holdings G.P., a general partnership that is the limited partner), carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership. The licence for each undertaking will expire on the date indicated below, and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as those in effect under the current licence for each undertaking.
