The Commission hereby corrects the condition of licence no. 2c) of Appendix B to Licence amendments related to the funding and provision of an outlet for local expression, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-86, 16 March 2007, in which the condition should have read the following:

2c) the program is offered to subscribers on an on-demand basis at no charge; or
