Re:   Review of regulatory framework for wholesale services and definition of essential service

This is further to Commission staff's letter dated 10 January 2007 , in which staff provided information to the Public Notice 2006-14 parties on matters relating to the organization and conduct of the round table discussion scheduled for 18 January 2007 at 9:00 a.m.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm the order of oral presentations for the round table discussion.

Order of oral presentations

The following parties have advised Commission staff of their intention to participate in the round table discussion.   Commission staff notes that parties will initially present in alphabetical order , as follows:

  1. Bell Aliant Communications
  2. Bell Canada
  3. Cogeco Cable Canada Inc.
  4. Cybersurf Corp.
  5. MTS Allstream
  6. Primus Canada
  7. Quebecor Media Inc.
  8. Rogers Communications Inc.
  9. TELUS Communications Company

The Competition Bureau will have the opportunity to participate by providing comments and responding to questions during or after each party's presentation.

Closing remarks

Parties will be given the opportunity to present closing remarks.   Parties wishing to present closing remarks will proceed in reverse-alphabetical order .
