Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2007-12 dated 31 August 2007, CRTC 2007-12-1 dated 7 September 2007, CRTC 2007-12-2 dated 12 September 2007, CRTC 2007-12-3 dated 20 September 2007, CRTC 2007-12-4 dated 26 September 2007 and CRTC 2007-12-5 dated 3 October 2007 relating to a public hearing which will be held on 30 October 2007, at 9:30 a.m., at the Best Western Inn, 2400 Highway 97 North, Kelowna, British Columbia, the Commission announces the following:
