  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2007-14 dated 11 October 2007, 2007-14-1 dated 16 October 2007, 2007-14-2 dated 1 November 2007 and 2007-14-3 dated 9 November 2007 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 10 December 2007 at 9:30 a.m., at the Delta Hotel London Armouries, 325 Dundas Street, London, Ontario, the Commission announces the following:
  The following items are amended and the changes are in bold:

Application No. 2007-1124-3
  Application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to amend the licence of the English-language radio programming undertaking CBE Windsor.

Windsor, Ontario
Application No. 2007-1125-1
  Application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to amend the licence of the French-language radio programming undertaking CBEF Windsor.
  The Commission intends to consider these applications during the non-appearing phase of the public hearing.

Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
Application No. 2007-0379-5
  Due to concerns expressed by the Department of Industry and the CBC related to the proposed technical parameters, the following applicant has requested changes to its original technical parameters.
  Application by Andy McNabb, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial specialty radio programming undertaking in Kawartha Lakes.
  At the applicant's request, the maximum effective radiated power has been changed to 4,370 watts/antenna height of 128 metres).
