  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2007-18 dated
19 December 2007, the Commission announces the following:
 

The changes are in bold

1. Preamble
  For Vancouver
  Items 1 to 12 and 16 are technically mutually exclusive proposing the use of the frequency 104.1 MHz.
  These applications, along with items 15 (CBC conversion to FM) and 13 (Pattison conversion to FM) will be treated as competitive radio applications for Vancouver.
2. Item 11
  Vancouver, British Columbia
Application No. 2007-1420-6
  Application by The Coast 104.1 FM Inc. for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking in Vancouver.
  The applicant is proposing a contemporary music format that would combine Rythmn & Blues, Smooth Jazz and Adult Contemporary.

  Vancouver, British Columbia
Application No. 2007-1435-4
  Application by 902890 Alberta Ltd. for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking in Vancouver.
