Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2007-5, dated 13 April 2007, CRTC 2007-5-1, dated 17 August 2007, and CRTC 2007-5-2, dated 7 September 2007 relating to a public hearing that was held on Monday 17 September 2007 at 9 a.m. at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
