PIC/CARE access customer handbook

The Commission received an application by 9164-3122 Québec inc. (9164-3122 Québec), operating as Sogetel Numérique, dated 18 January 2007, for approval of its Primary Interexchange Carrier/Customer Account Record Exchange Access Customer Handbook (PIC/CARE handbook). The Commission notes that 9164-3122 Québec's PIC/CARE handbook was approved on an interim basis in 9164-3122 Québec inc. - PIC/CARE access customer handbook, Telecom Order CRTC 2007-40, 6 February 2007.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission finds that the PIC/CARE handbook filed by 9164-3122 Québec is consistent with the latest version of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee model. It provides the necessary information with respect to PIC processing and is consistent with PIC/CARE handbooks recently approved for other companies.

Accordingly, the Commission approves on a final basis 9164-3122 Québec's PIC/CARE handbook.
