Correction – Administrative Renewals

1.

In Broadcasting Decision 2006-47, the Commission approved the request submitted by Câblevision TRP-SDM inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence operations of the transmitters of its multipoint distribution system (MDS) radiocommunication distribution undertakings serving, among other places, Matane, Mont-Joli and Saint-Fabien, authorized in Decision 2001-749. In Broadcasting Decision 2006-47, the Commission indicated that the transmitters should be operational no later than 11 December 2006 and that, if this new deadline were not met, the authority granted in Decision 2001-749 would become null and void.

2.

On 20 August 2008, in Broadcasting Decision 2008-193, the Commission renewed, until 31 August 2011, the broadcasting licences for a number of MDS radiocommunication distribution undertakings, including those for the undertakings in Matane, Mont-Joli and Saint-Fabien. However, the above-mentioned undertakings did not commence operations within the time prescribed in Broadcasting Decision 2006-47, i.e., by 11 December 2006. Accordingly, the undertakings in Matane, Mont-Joli and Saint-Fabien, which were erroneously included in the appendix to Broadcasting Decision 2008-193, are hereby removed from that appendix. The appendix to Broadcasting Decision 2008-193 is replaced by the appendix to the present decision.
