Erratum
  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-10 dated 21 August 2008 and CRTC 2008-10-1 dated 5 September 2008, the Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-10, by replacing the technical parameters to reflect those submitted by United Christian Broadcasters Canada. The Notice of Public Hearing should read as follows:

  Items 2 to 5, 7 and 8 are technically mutually exclusive proposing the use of the frequency 98.1 MHz.
  These applications, along with items 1 and 6 will be treated as competitive radio applications for London.

Application No. 2008-0694-5
  Application by United Christian Broadcasters Canada for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial specialty radio programming undertaking in London.
  The new station would operate on frequency 98.1 MHz (channel 251A) with an average effective radiated power of 2,904 watts (maximum effective radiated power of 5,206 watts with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 107.4 metres).
