  Application by Groupe Radio Antenne 6 inc. to amend the licence of radio programming undertaking CKYK-FM Alma, Quebec.
  The licensee proposes to add a low-power FM transmitter atAlma to broadcast the programming of CKYK-FM, in order to adequately serve the population of Alma.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 96.3 MHz (channel 242 LP) with an effective radiated power of 43 watts (non-directional antenna/effective antenna height of 65.1 metres).
  The licensee notes that the addition of the new transmitter will solve a reception problem of the signal of CKYK-FM.
