| The Commission announces that the Association des radios régionales francophones (ARRF) will be making a presentation to the panel at the commencement of the hearing at 9:00 a.m. in connection with a study concerning its members as more fully described below. The presentation will be followed by clarification questions if required. The first applicant is expected to be heard at 9:30 a.m. | |
| The study consists of two documents entitled "Cahier 1 - Étude 2009, Portrait des membres" and "Cahier 2 - Vision d'ensemble : les contextes - données connexes au sondage." The study has been placed on the public record. | |

| It appears to the Commission that the licensee may have failed to comply with sections 2.2(5) and 2.2(8) of the Radio Regulations, 1986 concerning the broadcast of French-language vocal music and the broadcast of Canadian content for category 2 music during the broadcast week of 14 to 20 September 2008. | |
| The licensee may have also failed to comply with section 2.2(5) of the Radio Regulations, 1986 concerning the broadcast of French-language vocal music during the broadcast week of 29 March to 4 April 2009. The licensee may have also failed to comply with its condition of licence that stipulates that not less than 50% of the programming broadcast during the broadcast week be drawn from category 1 (Spoken Word). | |
