With this notice, the Commission amends certain scheduled dates established in Proceeding to consider the appropriateness of mandating certain wholesale high-speed access services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261, 8 May 2009, as amended by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-1, 4 August 2009. The Commission amends dates set out in paragraphs 30, 32, and 33 as set out below: |

30. The Commission will hold an oral public hearing, beginning on 7 December 2009 at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec. The hearing is expected to last no more than five days. |

|
32. All parties may file final submissions with the Commission on any matter within the scope of this proceeding, serving copies on all other parties, by 31 December 2009. |
|
|
33. All parties may file replies with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 19 January 2010. |
