With this notice, the Commission amends certain scheduled dates established in Proceeding to consider the appropriateness of mandating certain wholesale high-speed access services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261, 8 May 2009, as amended by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-1, 4 August 2009, and Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-2, 11 August 2009. The Commission amends dates set out in paragraphs 32 and 33 as set out below: |

32. All parties may file final submissions with the Commission on any matter within the scope of this proceeding, serving copies on all other parties, by 11 January 2010. |

33. All parties may file replies with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 25 January 2010. |
