	CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee – Consensus item

1.	The Business Process Working Group (BPWG) of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC) submitted the following consensus report proposing changes to the Operational Support Systems Management Guidelines (the consensus report) to the CISC Steering Committee:
	BPWG – CLEC Access to ILEC OSS - Operational Support Systems Management Guidelines, version 1.1, 19 February 2009 (BPRE053b and BPGLOSMG11).
2.	On 13 March 2009, the Steering Committee approved the consensus report and subsequently referred it to the Commission for consideration:
3.	The consensus report and the guidelines are available on the Commission's website at www.crtc.gc.ca.
4.	The Commission has reviewed and approves the above-noted consensus report and guidelines.
