	Application by Radio 710 AM Inc. to acquire the assets of the tourist radio programming undertaking CJRN Niagara Falls from CJRN 710 Inc.
	The following item is withdrawn from this hearing given that the Commission was advised by the Department of Industry that this application was not technically acceptable. Therefore, the Commission has closed the file on this application.
