	Erratum to Telecom Order CRTC 2009-397

1.	The Commission is amending Telecom Order CRTC 2009-397, 30 June 2009, in order to rectify the name of the applicant set out in the title and paragraph 1 of the Order. The changes are highlighted in bold italics.
2.	The title of the Order should read as follows:
	Determination of costs award with respect to the participation of the Coalition of Communication Consumers in the Telecom Public Notice 2008-14 proceeding
3.	Paragraph 1 should read as follows:
	1. By letter dated 28 January 2009, the Coalition of Communication Consumers (the Coalition) applied for costs with respect to its participation in the proceeding initiated by Telecom Public Notice 2008-14 (the Public Notice 2008-14 proceeding).
