At the 18 January 2010 public hearing, the Commission confirmed that those who filed comments in the above-noted proceeding will have an opportunity to file final written submissions following the hearing. The Commission hereby announces that it will accept final written submissions from those who filed comments in this proceeding provided that they submit such comments on or before 1 February 2010.

Final submissions should be no more than 10 pages in length, excluding information requested by the Commission during the oral phase of the proceeding. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final submissions with the exception of information requested by the Commission.
