	Téléphone Guèvremont inc. – Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line Access Service

1.	On 30 June 2008, the Commission received an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc. (Guèvremont) in which the company proposed to add a new section to its General Tariff related to digital access service and to introduce item 9, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Access Service.
2.	On 15 July 2009, Guèvremont requested that the Commission ratify the charging of the rates proposed in its application, from 9 January 2008 to the effective date of the proposed tariff pages.
3.	On 21 July 2009, the Commission received comments from Sogetel inc., on behalf of Sogetel Numérique, on the wording of the proposed tariff. On 27 July 2009, Guèvremont proposed to modify the wording in response to Sogetel inc.'s comments.
4.	The Commission approves on an interim basis the introduction of the ADSL access service as proposed by Guèvremont, effective the date of this order. The Commission will address the ratification request and any other issues related to the application, if necessary, in a subsequent order.
