Community radio station in Saint-Hilarion – Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects an error in Community radio station in Saint-Hilarion, broadcasting Decision CRTC 2009-533, 28 August 2009. Specifically, the Commission replaces the last sentence of paragraph 20 of the decision with the following sentence:
 

Accordingly, a condition of licence requiring the licensee to file, every three months, a self-assessment report on the broadcast of French-language musical selections and of category 3 musical selections in each broadcast week is set out in the appendix to this decision.

Also, the Commission corrects condition of licence 3 as follows:
 

3. The licensee must file, every three months, a self-assessment report on the broadcast of French-language vocal music and of category 3 music in each broadcast week.
