Correction to Item 1
In Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2009-659, the Commission announced that it had received an application from TVA Group Inc. (application no. 2009-1227-1). In the notice, Le Canal Nouvelles (LCN) was erroneously described as a Category 1 specialty programming undertaking. The Commission hereby corrects the paragraph to read as follows:
Application by TVA Group Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the national, French-language specialty programming undertaking known as Le Canal Nouvelles (LCN).
