1.	The Commission has placed two documents on its website for consideration as part of its review of the community television policy framework. Both documents will form part of the public record of this proceeding. These include: aggregate financial data concerning community programming; and a list of the 139 locations with licensees who reported community channel expenditures in 2008.
2.	The Commission is making these documents available so that parties can comment on them either in their submission before the Commission or in any final written submission after the hearing.
