Re: Part VII Application by The Internet Centre Inc. seeking an order requesting that TELUS Communications Company be directed to provision unconditioned local analog channels
The Commission has received a letter, dated 8 January 2009, from The Internet Centre Inc. (TICI) requesting an extension of 4 days for filing its comments with respect to interrogatory responses provided by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) in relation to the above-noted application. The Commission considers TICI's request to be reasonable. Accordingly, the deadline for commenting on the TCC interrogatory responses is amended to 12 January 2009.
In light of this extension, the dates for subsequent submissions are modified such that TCC may now reply to interested parties by 23 January 2009 and TICI may provide final reply comments by 2 February 2009.
