19 January 2009: Comments on the preliminary report of the CAB closed captioning working groups and comments on the report on the results of the validation exercises;

26 January 2009: Responses to 19 December 2008 interrogatories;

3 February 2009: Comments on responses to the 19 December 2008 interrogatories;

10 February 2009: CAB final report on standards and solutions to closed captioning issues
